A collection of poems written over a lifetime by Shri Bhajan Singh Jhuj. Most of them are inspired by what he observed around him at work and at home. There is satire, empathy, romance, pain and realism, interwoven in words by a sensitive mind.

Shri Bhajan Singh Jhuj was born in November of 1933 in Village Bowani of Payal Tehsil near Doraha, Punjab. He was witness to life under the British and was deeply influenced by the human tragedy of partition.
In his youth he played hockey, wrestled and later joined the Indian Air Force, where his technical genius was awakened and nurtured, which was to shape his subsequent life.
After leaving Air Force, he joined the Bharat Heavy Electricals, a Public Sector Undertaking at Bhopal and Haridwar and rose to be its General Manager. He specialised in welding and sheet metal technology. He also joined the National Cadet Corps as Lieutenant and was adjudged the Best Officer Cadet at NCC Officers’ Training Academy, Kamptee. After retirement he worked with several private sector manufacturing firms and topped a glorious career in the field of manufacturing by setting up and running a pipe plant for WELSPUN Gujarat. A rebel and a romantic, he always found time to indulge in poetry. Now retired, the author lives in Mohali.
