Aakhiree Train (Last Train) is the first novel of author Nishesh Wasav. The main protagonist of the novel is Aabhas. He is a young individual who has all the riches in his lifestyle. Aabhas is preparing for bank P.O examination in Patna, although he had never any interest in it. He is concerned about the poor condition of his nation and its people because of the corrupted political scenario. His heart burns like a raging fire to do something for the masses and his country. Aabhas meets Jiyaa in the last train of the day from Motihari to Patna. Jiyaa also preparing for bank P.O in Patna. As much as Aabhas is financially sound whereas Jiyaa belongs to an economically weak background. They hit it off instantly as friends in the first meeting itself. Over the time their friendship blossoms into love. Their bond gets stronger with time. But destiny played its part and they got separated because of some series of incidents. Both becomes busy in their lives and social responsibilities. Time brings them back together, but they part ways again.
Aabhas leaves his preparation and jumps into politics. Over the time Aabhas becomes the youngest Chief Minister of the state. He sets an example leading from the front. How should a government work? How can each matter be dealt with utmost transparency? On the other hand Jiyaa leaves her career in bank and becomes a novelist. The novel written by Jiyaa, re unites them forever. And this time they decide to follow their heart.
