In the two volumes of book (Volume-I and Volume-II) the editors have tried to include some of the very pertinent issues of international  and  domestic  criminal  law. The  book  discusses  many  of  the  advanced issues of criminal law like hate speech in international criminal law, ecocide as a crime against  peace,  sexting,  jurisdiction  of  International  Criminal  Courts,  global  gender issues,  transnational  organized  crimes  in  the Volume-I.  At  the  same  time  it  presents some  of  the  domestic  issues  in  various  countries  like  Ethiopia,  India,  US  etc.  The write-ups of the book are also focusing on criminal justice enforcement institutions in Ethiopia, the place of criminal liability in international crimes in domestic law of nations and several burning issues.
