Since 2010, Bimal has operated as the Founder and Managing Director of Think Talent Services. His current work includes senior leadership coaching and supporting clients in areas of top team alignment, people strategy and organizational transformation. He is also the Chairman of Braahmam Solutions, a company specializing in e-learning and language localization solutions.


Prior to his current pursuits, Bimal had over 23 years of corporate experience across different industries and across geographies including the USA, Middle-East, Africa and APAC. His last corporate position was as HR Director for Nokia - Asia Pacific. He had previously held senior positions in Eicher, Cadence Design Systems, British Telecom and Tata Sons.

He sits on the boards of several small to mid-size young entrepreneurial companies.

He loves to teach & mentor and enjoys travel, mysteries of all kinds and historical fiction. His wife and two kids, 21 and 15 now, keep him sane and anchored.
